Intellectual Property as Socioeconomic Resource of Society

Abstract

Problems of intellectual property development in industrial production, technological perfection and upgrading of national economy are considered in the article. The reasons of insufficient evaluation of intellectual property cost, lack of systematic and stable work in development of innovative business activity are specified. Correlation between creation of intellectual product and person's creative potential as well as problems of the impact of world-wide globalization on national intellectual potential are examined.
