Staff Motivation in Management Activity in China

Abstract

New trends in inspiration of management activity are presented in the article on the basis of staff stimulating system survey in Haier Corporation. Among them author: development of business career regulating system; practice of new motivating forms of labour compensation; development of employee share ownership motivation system; broader usage of socio-psychological factors for staff stimulation.
