THE PROBLEMS OF LEGAL REGULATION OF PERPETRATION OF THE DEED THROUGH AN INNOCENT AGENT IN GANG OFFENCES

Abstract

The article supplies a possible version of qualifying the perpetration of the deed through an innocent agent in gang crimes by way of entering relevant amendments in the Russian Criminal Code. The author argues that the changes proposed in his article can help and settle not only the qualification of perpetration of the deed through an innocent agent but also set the limits of liability for having committed such offences.
