THE SOCIAL ISSUE IN POST-INDUSTRIAL SOCIETY

Abstract

This article provides an updated presentation of the social issue in post-industrial society. In the epoch of the post-industrial revolution the social issue is not formulated in keeping with the criterion of property possession/non-possession but, instead, as centered on the accessibility of knowledge - the main resource in the new epoch. Such an understanding of the social issue, as seen by the author, makes it possible to devise a correct trajectory of overcoming the consequences of the present world crisis.
