RUSSIA'S COMPETITIVENESS AND REGIONAL DEVELOPMENT: AS SEEN UNDER THE ANGLE OF VISION OF POLITICAL SCIENCE

Abstract

The article is devoted to the problem of improving Russian regions' competitiveness as seen under the angle of vision of political science. The author's viewpoint consists in the fact that better competitiveness of the Russian Federation and, respectively, a better role of our country in the international community in many ways depends on the pursued regional policy and the implementation efficiency of regional development programs.
