TOTALITARIAN METHODS OF GOVERNANCE AS A COMPLEX OF ESTRANGED BUREAUCRATIC METHODS

Abstract

The current situation in Russia is marked with a transition from totalitarian methods of governance to the democratic ones. In the context of this transition the study of the totalitarian governance methods and of the status of an individual within this system became extremely topical and makes one much better aware of the need to discard totalitarian governance methods.
