EVOLUTION OF THE GOVERNANCE SYSTEM IN THE KALMYK KHANATE AT THE TURN OF XVII-XVIII CENTURIES

Abstract

The article deals with the establishment of the bodies of governance that existed in the Kalmyk Khanate at the turn of XVII-XVIII centuries, and the author relies on the analysis of concrete research works, specific laws that enabled the creation of administrative-territorial units and administrative judiciary bodies.
