The Article analysis the historical period of the social, political and economical transformation of our country from 1985 to 2009 years. The general period of the transformation is considered under the three main stages: the first one - soviet (1985-1991), the second one - post-soviet (1991-1999); third one - neo-post-soviet (2000-2009)
