THE INTERESTS OF THE CIVIL SOCIETY IN THE CONCEPT OF A NEW PARADIGM ABOUT THE CIVILIZATION

Abstract

The article covers the role of the civil society institutions including Nonprofit Organizations in the process of the conversion the country to the innovative sociological algorithm of development. The article also deals with the characteristics of these institutions, their forms and dynamism of their interests. The problems of the social partnership in the mechanism of resources relations between sectors are analyzed (authority-NPO-business)
