CRITERIA OF PROGRESS IN DIFFERENT CONCEPTIONS OF PHILOSOPHY OF HISTORY

Abstract

The article is devoted to research ideas about criteria of progress in different conceptions of Philosophy of History. The author accepts the arguments of postindustrial theory of changing phases of humanity development. The author gives proof of changing the criteria of society's progress during the transition to another phase of development.
