PRIVATIZATION OF STATE CUSTOMER SERVICES: TENDENCY AND PROBLEMS

Abstract

The article analyses the world tendency of privatization of state customer services which has been developing since 1980s. The problems of developing of this tendency are researched. The experts' views about present forming of neoliberal concept of social and economical development are assessed; the part of this concept is a modern tendency of privatization.
