Abstract

The article bases on comparative analysis of sociological research of justice consciousness of Novosibirsk Area population. This research was made in two phases: first one in 1991 at the end of Soviet period and second one in 2009. The data of the research shows tht the character of population attitude to authority didn't change and the level of confidence to authority is going down.
