Female political leadership: gender research in Russia

Abstract

The article deals with the actual problem of modern Sociology and psychology of Policy - the active women's entry to authority in Russia. The analysis of the main Russian gender researches helps to show specify of female leadership in policy and this phenomenon in social reality.
