Abstract

The article covers the characteristics of a modern phenomenon - the globalization of capitalism. The deep reasons of the structure crisis of capitalism are analyzed. The history and essence of economical crisis of the first ten years of XXI century are showed. The rational model of world financial system are offered, which will be useful for the rest of the world economical community. The suggestions for financial policy for Russian government are showed.
