E-GOVERNMENT IN POLICY AND PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION IN THE USA

Abstract

The author produces e-government as a complex concept of policy and public administration under the informational society. The author gives the analysis of it's realization in the USA nowadays. The article covers a traditional e-government's portfolio, a new Obama's "open government", current conditions and tendencies of informational and communicative technologies in the USA society.
