Abstract

The article analyzes a situation established in 2008-2009 in Russia under the World Financial Crisis which gave a negative infl uence on basic activities of social-labour sphere development, such as wage decrease in leading sectors of economy, increase of arrears of wages, increase of unemployment and sub employment.
