Abstract

The role of management in culture under the process of modernization of socio-cultural sector in Russia is considered. Suitability of reformation this sector and reorganization establishments to autonomous ones is shown. The article points that modern methods and new ways of cultural development are in the same plane of connection economical and cultural space in management of culture.
