Abstract

The article covers issues of education development in Azerbaijan. The article deals with the syncretic character of Azerbaijan culture, with the role of Russian culture in transaction western culture values into unseen of Azerbaijan, with soviet education development. In this context the main attention is pointed on the works of distinguish scholar, philosopher, encyclopedias - A.K. Bakikhanov.
