Abstract

The article covers research of historic dynamic of concentration and centralization of capital under the context of neo-institutional theory of property. From one side the main accent is on completeness of capital which is relocated during centralization (as a heart of owners' rights of related economical agents). From another side, the main accent is on temporal subject, because originally those rights were given as a permanent base, in present are given more based on temporally limited factors.
