Abstract

The article shows the main results of sociological research seeking to analyze temporal and moneys costs for business receiving public services in foreign-trade and investment and problems of its getting. The research is made by Sociological Center of the Russian Academy of Public Administration in 1-12th of November 2010 with support of Audit Consulting Group RBS and NPO "National institute for system studies of entrepreneurship" within a state contract Academy of National Economic and Ministry of economical Development of the Russian Federation.
