Abstract

A problem of philosophical and sociological cognition of special class of society's phenomena is covered. A context of those phenomena is a "combination of incongruous". For this explanation the author uses a concept "centaur-problem" as a special form of contradictions of public consciousness and practice which are made up for methodological insufficiency of logical and conceptual issues.
