Abstract

This is a first publication of some sociological analytic notes with a mark "Only for the President of the USSR" which was given as a subject survey direct to M.S. Gorbachev in November and December 1991 on the eve of his retire. Retrospective opinion on expounded facts gives an idea those 20 years old sociological research were correct and unbiased and still are correlated with modern conditions in our country.
