Abstract

The article deals with some research data which shows features of small towns' infrastructure in Russia. Bad condition of roads, engineering systems, scanty equipped territories, ineffective consumer market operation - nowadays, those problems of city economy become more serious for small cities' population. Forming and development of infrastructure is a factor of attraction investment for urban territories, is a condition of social, economical and ecological stability.
