Mechanisms of societys conversion to post-industrial phase of development

Abstract

The article deals with the research of mechanisms of society's conversion to post-industrial phase of development. The author exposes social processes based on a theory of unbalanced systems, synergy. Based on analysis of limiting development factors the author gives a proof of necessity overcoming limits of industrial society for conversion society to post-industrial phase.
