Abstract

Article deals with problems of the state strategy in the field of rural development. The author emphasizes the need for a modern labor market in rural areas as a factor deurbanizatsiya capable to solve the problem of attracting professionals to work in rural areas. The paper presents the survey data, reflecting the problems of quality of life of the village.
