Political modernization as a development imperative of the Russian state

Abstract

The paper considers modern experience of the expert community reflection problems of political development in Russia, undergoing transformation innovative activity on the rise of civil society and traditional religions. Modernization is interpreted as a socio-political process that contains the mandatory requirement of a comprehensive institutional reform of public relations.
