Abstract

The article is based on the results of the sociological polls of the electoral consciousness and electoral behavior, which were held under the direction of the author during the parliament and the presidential elections in Russia in 1991-2012. The author focuses on the social factors stipulating voters' will expression, and the factors influencing their electoral choice
