The article explores social time as it reveals itself in legal system. Every legal regulation embodies social time as it fixes jural fact as a precondition of legal relationships beginning. Social time as a form of existence, functioning and development of social systems manifests itself at all the levels of legal system. To understand its specificity in legal system the analysis of society's social and activity structure is required
