Abstract

The paper looks at the process of formation of social interaction within the state civil service. It defines the methodological basis, levels and concrete mechanisms of such interactions. The outcome of the research is that social interactions within the state civil service are institutionalized through legal procedures, rules and norms, which enhance implementation of social control.
