Abstract

Main focus of this article is given to the problem of overcoming of the value and meaning inner conflicts, which are intrinsic to civil servants. The conflict can be overcome in a constructive way at the expense of actualization of its developing function. The authors apply an acmeological approach that enables to define acmeological criteria and indexes, to construct a model, algorithm, to determine conditions and factors of the developing function of civil servants' value and meaning conflicts.
