On interaction between state and society in conditions of political transformation of Russia: an expert position

Abstract

The article sums up the results of discussion, which was devoted to the problem of interaction between society, state, and business in conditions of transformation of Russian political system. There are presented the results of a selected sociological poll of experts, among them state civil agents, representatives of business, social and political organizations, associations, representatives of scientific community. The poll has been held in 2011-2012 by the specialists of South-Russian Institute - the branch of the Russian Academy of National Economy and Public Administration.
