Нередко утверждают, что социологи-релятивисты рубят сук, на котором сидят, поэтому проблема рефлексивности лежит в самом основании социальных исследований науки 2 [Woolgar, 1982, 1983; Hollis, Lukes, 1982; Аshmоre, 1985; Lawson, 1985]. Они предложили социально объяснить поведения ученых-естественников, и в результате их собственным объяснениям никто не верит. Аргументы релятивистов, примененные к ним самим, аннулируют их же утверждения. В сущности, их аргументация оказывается са-мопротиворечивой или, по крайней мере, впутанной в своего рода апорию, вроде знаменитого «все критяне — лжецы», — апорию, от которой они могут спастись лишь бесконечным самокопанием, опасным солипсизмом, безумием и, возможно, смертью.Downloads
