Abstract

В статье предпринимается попытка рассмотреть взаимодействие человека и компьютера с точки зрения социологической теории. Концептуальные сложности, связанные с поставленной задачей, объясняются тем, что исследования в области HCI (Human-Computer Interaction) направлены на практические решения проблем взаимодействия, в то время как STS (Science and Technology Studies) в большей степени обращаются к частным аспектам развития технологий и их влияния на жизнь общества. Возможное решение предоставляет переопределение взаимодействия человека и компьютера в терминах формальной социологии Георга Зиммеля.
