"Традиционные ценности" на практике: возникновение и оспаривание законов о "пропаганде гомосексуализма" в России

В настоящей статье я рассматриваю, каким образом российское правительство применяет концепцию «традиционных ценностей», дабы опровергнуть заявление, что «права ЛГБТ являются правами человека», и обосновать принятие законов против «пропаганды гомосексуализма», а также как представители российского ЛГБТ-сообщества пытаются бороться с этим. Основная цель статьи - проследить развитие дискурса, опровергающего эссенциализацию сексуальной идентичности и таким образом бросающего вызов тому, что современные нормы в области прав человека фокусируются на личных правах, основанных на идентичности. В результате данного дискурсивного сдвига противникам упомянутого выше законодательства приходится разрабатывать стратегии борьбы, в рамках которых проводятся коллективные попытки предоставить альтернативную интерпретацию «традиционных ценностей». Статья заканчивается рассмотрением значения случая России для норм в области прав человека и в широком смысле в контексте универсальных прав человека. Я утверждаю, что он бросает серьезный вызов валидности заявлений о правах ЛГБТ, основанных на идентичности, по причине их гомонормативности.Скачивания
