THEORETICAL AND EMPIRICAL ASPECTS OF THE SOCIAL CAPITAL ANALYSIS

Abstract

The article deals with the problem of understanding of the concept of social capital and its function in understanding of social self-organization's processes particularly in labour communities in modern Russian enterprises. The article gives the analysis of foreign conceptions of using the definition "social capital"; macro- and micro-level understanding of social capital are described.
