Migratory Risks of Manpower Resources Development as Aspect of International Cooperation in the European North

Abstract

The article is devoted to revelation of some challenges and risks formed in the field of manpower resources development in the cooperation zone among neighbourhood areas of Norway, Finland, Sweden and Russia. Special attention is turned to detection of negative and positive trends in the dynamics of manpower resources in Murmansk region as well as to analysis of some characteristics of labour market improvement in neighbouring European regions - Lapland, Norbotten, Finnmark.
