Public Policy and Corporations in Risk Management Context

Abstract

The problems of public policy impact on work of corporations and possibility of their adaptation for this policy in present-day situation are considered in this paper. The reasons for underdevelopment of diagnosis technology of public policy changes in corporate practice are analysed.
