Abstract

This article has attempted to reveal the essence of legal awareness in the changed socio-historical conditions after the collapse of the Soviet Union. In so doing, legal awareness is studied in close kinship with the development of the theory of law. The character of the study has been determined by the problems of legal awareness's formation.
