the significance of the study of man's political behavior becomes particularly relevant at the time of globalization, especially in what concerns domestic and foreign policy and the elaboration of anti-crisis management. The position of man within the triangle «man - policy - power» has ac-quired a global dimension. Indeed, psychological-political stability of international community in the beginning of the 21st century is formed by a multitude of vectors embracing political indifference or initiative by people in different countries, their conservatism or radicalism, rivalry or adaptivity, including adaptivity to innovative changes that are global in their character.
