Abstract

The article carries an analysis of cooperation models between the Russian Federation component subjects along vertical and horizontal lines. Particular attention is being paid to the innovative model of socio-economic development in the promising sectors as well as the cluster policy within the region as a pivotal element in the regional socio-economic integration.
