HOUSING PROBLEMS IN A REGION WITH EXTREME LOCAL FEATURES AS MIRRORED IN SOCIOLOGY

Abstract

While relying on his sociological survey, the author analyzes the housing problem and is looking for ways to solve it in a region with extreme local features. He is doing so by taking the Island of Sakhalin as a reference point. Particular attention goes to young families.
