THE STATE AND CIVIL SOCIETY IN THE CLUTCHES OF RECIPROCAL ALIENATION

Abstract

The article generalizes some materials of the sociological monitoring «The State and Civil Society». Attention is focused at the problem of many citizens' alienation from the state because there is a substantial lack of harmony between the needs and interests within broad social strata, the values and attitudes in their minds, on the one hand, and, one the other, the fruits of the reforms implemented within the country.
