Abstract

The article generalizes certain materials obtained while doing a monitoring of the quality and efficiency of training provided in the Russian Academy of Civil Service to civil servants and the managerial personnel of economic, government and other enterprises and organizations. The focal point of attention is the issue of satisfying the students with various aspects of the academic process, the linkage of training with practical activities and the efficiency of the process of professional training.
