DEFINITION AND CONCEPT OF AUTHORITY: CONSTITUTIONAL AND JUSTICE ANALYSIS

Abstract

The article covers the analysis of conception and essence of authority in the light of essence «authority» and «state». The authors' definition of authority as a philosophical and sociological cathegory are given. The research scientific definitions are elaborated. The authors made an analysis and rating of historical established and modern definitions of authority based on it the authors' conception of definition authority are offered.
