LAW AND SOCIAL ORDER IN THE CONTEXT OF SOCIAL DESIGNING

Abstract

In the context of social designing a social order are considered as a interim period of optimal future condition of the society. The role of law in social order formation are pointed. The correlation between social order and law order. The article affirms the idea that law order is an embodied aim of law as a kind of social activity directed to creation an optimal future condition of the social system.
