PROTECTED NATURE AREA AS A PRECONDITION FOR SUSTAINED DEVELOPMENT

Abstract

From the point of system concept in socio-nature paradigm philosophy and management aspects of the protected nature areas evolution in Russia and in the rest of the world are described through the strategy of sustained development. The article shows the main characteristics of the protected nature areas system. A thesis about possibility and suitability of using the condition and dynamics assessment of system protected nature areas are given as a new indicator of sustained development of Russia and international community.
