GENDER CONCEPTION IN POLITICAL LEADERS' RESEARCH (BASED ON FOREIGN RESEARCHES' MATERIALS)

Abstract

A research of gender features of political leaders gains an importance in the context of modern changes when the transformation in society helps hiring women in political administration. The article covers the analysis of the main conceptions of gender researches about foreign leaders, these researches are in the network of multi-discipline conception of sociology, politic science and psychology. In general the material gives an opportunity for scientists to improve their level of professional reflection in researches of gender features of political leaders.
