Abstract

The institution of Government Corporations (GC) in Russian Federation is examined. The article deals with a definition, reasons of creation, and basic characteristics in law-control, and types of Government Corporations. Examples of foreign GC and views of development of GC in Russia are studied. Laws about GC are examined in the subject of corruption. In conclusion of the article the author gives some suggestions for adjusting GC in Russia in accordance with international law standards.
