Abstract

As a basis of the article there is an analysis of expert research's data made by the author in the Sakhalin Region's companies. The aim of that research was exposure of main principles and practice of HR-management. The relationship between methods and principles of management are explored. The dynamics of prevalent styles of management are retraced.
