Abstract

Based on sociological view a conceptual analysis of phenomena of regional social network is made. A heuristic possibility of exposing this phenomenon in social science is shown. Based on action theory, a structure of virtual regional network is defined. The article notices some possibilities of applied research of this phenomenon on the example of Volgograd Region.
